Surreal in Art — Portrait Double

Distinctive graphic technique
1997
Edition: 30 pieces

Surreal in art is the representation of certain aspects of reality through the visualisation of unreal objects. The double portraits could be an example.

Duality surpasses singularity; this is a universally acknowledged truth, as we all exist within the intricate web of human connections. A portrait, in its essence, captures a unique image of an individual, encapsulating their being within the contours of their head and face.

In the year 1997, the series Surreal in Art — Portrait Double came into being. These graphic works were crafted using a distinctive technique, resulting in a limited edition of only 30 pieces.
